S. Groner Associates, a community based social marketing firm in Long Beach, California, is looking for a project manager to join our team.

Who were looking for: The ideal candidate will match our enthusiasm and passion for positive and lasting behavior change, have a track record of achieving results and a desire to learn and grow. Were looking for a minimum of two years experience managing projects and working with clients and four years working in creative communications fields, such as marketing, advertising, PR or public policy.

Duties:
Develop creative outreach strategies
Manage social media campaigns
Coordinate directly with businesses and residents to form partnerships
Manage contracts and client relationships
Develop and coordinate creative design work (online and offline)
Manage staff and tactical implementation of projects

Salary: Based on experience
